Cheese Tarts


Belen dari bikin cheese cake, anak dara mak Peah usulkan buat cheese tart pula...creativelah juga budak tonet nih...apalagi mengulilah kulit tart.

Mak Peah ambil jerr bahan yang ada seperti
3 sudu besar butter,
2 sudu gula halus (tak berapa nak halus),
1 cawan tepung
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

...mak peah uli dan uli sehingga lembut dan picit-picitan dong! Oh la la la ding dong...

Dua metot Mak Peah suka yang cheese tart dan siaplah cukunun nak decorasi dengan ganache belen ituhari...hahahahahha laju di ngap dan langsai!

Tarts di bake selama 10 minutes at 175ÂșC then keluarkan cool it for awhile, baru letak cheese belen dan bake another 10 minutes sahaja...

Choc Almond Slice


Terlupa mak Peah ada banyak buku masak kat rak-rak buku...memang lupa betul. Alhamdullillah tak lah ikut semua...kerana nanti terlalu manis dan telah di ubah-suai mengikut citarasa, Manakala sangat berbesar hati mengucapkan terimakseh kepada  anakanda LilRed yang sangat bermurah hati mengeshare resepi ganache yang sungguh lazat... terimakaseh anakanda ku...ku pelok ku cium kedua pipi LilRed ...

Resepi Choc Almond
1 cup self raising flour
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/3 cup caster sugar (actual 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon essence vanilla
1 cup chopped almonds

Caranya
Preheat oven to moderate 280C. Greased shallow tin with non stick baking paper. Over hanging two opposite sides for easy lifting. Shift flour and cocoa powder into large bowl. Add sugar and stir, add melted butter, vanilla essence to combine and moisten. Press firmly and evenly into the tin. Bake for 20 minutes till golden brown and let it cool completely before removing from tin.

Dark Choc Ganache
200ml whipping cream
250ml dark chocolate

Caranya 

Heat cream under low heat, sampai keluar bubble sket sket je then matikan api, masukkan chocolate yang telah di hiris dan kacau sampai sekata. tunggu dlm 20-30minutes lepas die cool down and pekat sket baru coat. (exactly extracted from anakanda LILRED)
