Resepi Choc Almond
1 cup self raising flour
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/3 cup caster sugar
(actual 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon essence vanilla
1 cup chopped almonds
Caranya
Preheat oven to moderate 280C. Greased shallow tin with non stick baking paper. Over hanging two opposite sides for easy lifting. Shift flour and cocoa powder into large bowl. Add sugar and stir, add melted butter, vanilla essence to combine and moisten. Press firmly and evenly into the tin. Bake for 20 minutes till golden brown and let it cool completely before removing from tin.
Dark Choc Ganache
200ml whipping cream
250ml dark chocolate
Caranya
Heat cream under low heat, sampai keluar bubble sket sket je then matikan api, masukkan chocolate yang telah di hiris dan kacau sampai sekata. tunggu dlm 20-30minutes lepas die cool down and pekat sket baru coat.
