The Duck Story...

Saya memang teringin makan duck rice kebetulan di Causeway Point Cold Storage mmg ada jual BBQ duck halal makanya suami saya kata jom kita pergi beli...


Biler tengok ada BBQ and Smoke Duck tetiba terconfuse sekejap... luckily the sales girl advised me not to buy the smokey bandit sbb the taste more pungent katanya... GULPS!

Recipe Duck Rice sama jer gan normal chicken rice but more garlics, sliced ginger, sweet and salty dark sauce... I skipped the plum sauce cos I don't really fancy the taste...

So settle for BBQ duck... bawa balik dengan gumbira ria dan suka hati so plan lah masak nasinya... bila post kat FB kengkawan geli geleman nampak kepala duck tu tercatuk... hahahahhaha kasihan kawan-kawan den...actually that's the most significant part of the Duck without the head people won't know it's a Duck LOLxxx!


Today for brunch mak bikin Duck Sarung jer.... hahahha Wrap~lah! but the Duck meat tu mak sauteed with onions, black pepper and honey to enhance the flavor...

  1. wahhh sedapnya tgk menu nasi itik akak ni.ishh terliurla. sini tak ada jual yg halal. pernah mkn sekali masa kat halal kat london hari tu..sedap sgt nasi itik kat sana:)

  2. Sedap ayang Nieza ... me pon pernah makan kat chinese restaurant halal punya skrg restorant tu dah bungkus... tu yang nak carik susah... btw kat Temasek pun susah carik itik ayang woiii...
