Masa baru-baru mak teringin sangat nak buat roti.. Mak uli punya uli sampai semput, tapi Roti Mak keras cam batu! Bila tanya kakak-kakak camne buat dough pizza... Esoknya kakak Mak bawakan pizza dia kata kesian nko tingin nak makan.
Dalam hati berkata bukan Mak nak makan lah...Mak nak belajar lah!... dan setiap kali itulah bila sebut jerr kakak-kakak nih bukan nak ajar dia buatkan kita pulak...aduhaiiii... kita tahulah kita adek dia.. dia ingat kita nak makan dia tulung buatkan... heheheheheh
Ok Mak dapat cara membuat dough mudah untuk roti ddan pizza nih dalam youtube... tapi mak dah lupa mana youtube tu... mmg ajaib yang tukang ajar nih seorang doktor bedah dan isterinya seorang pakar membuat roti... so di pendekan cerita dia heran tengok bini dia hempas pulas buat roti siang malam penat giler.. so doctor ini pun membuat kajian tentang yeast dan larutan garam tadi ternyata beliau telah mencipta satu kaedah yang sungguh ajaib dan mudah sekali,
Dan Mak? Mak terlonjak-lonjak kesukaan...
Ok catuan mak begini still mengikut kaedah doktor tadi ya. With these ingredient I can get 3 pizza of medium size berukuran 5" x 7" dua and 6" x 6" satu.
Ingredients
3 cups flour (tepung gandum)
1.5 or 2 cups water
1 tablespoon full bruggerman dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes or more. The amazing part is that you can also keep it over the night or even for the next two week in the fridge, no problem.
It will turn out very soggy, sodden with moisture, slimy and sticky. No worries. It will double or triple the actual size according to your room temperature, but once you keep it in the fridge it will sucken. But! Once you let it out and close with lid it will risen again. AJAIB!
Prepare plenty of flour and let it roll over... do a bit of finger knead slightly only or no kneading at all! Golek-golek the tepung all over only.
....very the lembek no worries... no panic!...be happy!
Once done, pressed it on your tin using you finger tips, evenly. I'm using rectangular 5" x 7" and 6" x 6" tin instead.
Let it rest again for another 20-30 minutes the dough will risen and your pizza will be soft and fluffy...

(one each? bukan lokek overlook cheddar cheese dah habis
betul tak bohong tinggal tiga keping sahajer LOL)
1 big onion Sliced thinly
1 tomato chopped
prawns peeled
minced meat
chilies sliced
black pepper sauce
capsicum chopped
sausages sliced
pasrsley
To be reminded, I'm making 3 diff filling for each pizza but using the same sauce as base.

salam kak maaf ye misunderstood maksud saya part ni "Prepare plenty of flour and let it roll over... do a bit of finger knead slightly only or no kneading at all! Golek-golek the tepung all over only" ha time ni tepung nk letak berape banyak maaf ye banyak tanye

ReplyDeletenak knead slightly pun ok... tapi tak knead pun ok... as long as you dust it with plenty of flour dan tuang dalam baking tin... that's what I've been doing yang ima both ways also works wonder..
