Raisin Scones


Mak buat dua jenis scones semalam pagi dan malamnya... atas permintaan keluarga. Pak sood memang minat sangat gan scones... tapi Mak nih selalu lupa lah asyik teringat nak buat cake jerr... hiihihi..

Resipi mak buat scones nih mudah jer... untuk mendapatkan 12 ketul scones nan comel... Anak-anak lebih suka sones plain... heran arr Mak semasa kecik suka sangat makan raisins brand Ligo, tapi budak sekarang tak suka pulak...

Ingredients
125g butter (half stick)
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
raisins, dried fruits (up to you)
salt

Brush the tops (scones) with whisked egg and milk.

Method
Knead the dough for one minute and divide it into 12 equal portions... then ponjot2 kan ajer sapu dengan egg with milk tadi. Bake at 175ÂșC for 20 minutes.
