Grilled Fish & Chips...
Masakan ulangan...Grilled Fish lagi budak-budak begitu kalau dah sedap minta lagi. Ibu nih pun buatlah lagi...sampai lah deorang tu dah mula jelak tak minta lah lagi....tukarlah pulak kemenu lain....begitulah seterusnya...
Kali ini cuma tambah tu bake potato with cream cheese....hah budak2 tersangatlah suka bake potato tu...
Mak nih semua nak cepat sebab Mak bukan jenis masak then simpan. Apabila nak makan baru mak terkocoh masak habis cuci semua simpan...so makan panas-panas terus makan tulah pesyen Mak nih...
My kakak-kakak mmg tak sanggup dengan cara Mak...but what to do that's the way I do things. So makanya Mak nak cepat mak rebus lah potato tu..nih potato kampung lambat sikit nak empuk...kalau potato US tu waduh cepat banget...Mak rebus selama 30 minutes lepas tu Mak masukan dalam oven selama 15 minutes...hahahahahahahahahha mudahkan...ala playchet jerlah sikit sama jerr...rasanya..

Anchovies Tempura
Malay versions of tempura...hihihihi....kita manalah boleh tinggalkan pedas-pedas dan berempah semua...kalau tidak terasa sungguh hambar.
Fresh anchovies
1 spoonful curry powder
few curry leaves chop
salt and breadcrumbs
1 egg white
Rahasianya adalah pada egg white yang sejuk untuk melekatkan breadcrumbs dan minyak panas. Setelah celup dalam egg white golek2 kan di dalam breadcrumbs yang telah di gaul bersama curry powder, salt, chop curry leaves tadi...
