Grilled Butter Fish Fillet

Dua hari anak-anak Mak nak makan nih jerr...'Umie Power!' kata Dak Aqim...Sampai babah dia beli lagi ikan pangasius fillet nih sampai dua packet besar...melampau pulak babah dia nih...yelah babah pun suka sgt ...hahahahahhahaha syukurlah

pangasius fish fillet
butter or margarine
chopped garlics
a dash of paprika
a dash of pepper
a dash of tumeric powder
a dash of salt
Lemon juices

Marinate fish will all the above. Keep cool in the fridge for 30 minutes before grilling... Done! So simple right? Please preheat your Griller for about few minutes and set to medium heat. Add butter or margarine to the griller and quickly lay your fillet for grilling.
