Sausage Cheese Buns
Ingredients
2 cup of flour
2 tablespoon of bruggerrman dried yeast
1/2 cup icing sugar (or 1/3 granulated sugar instead)
1 big size frozen egg
60g softened butter
1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 teaspoon of salts
Strips of cheedar cheese for the inside filling
8 sausage sauteed under low heat with olive oil and cut into two
1 egg yolk lightly beaten with 1 spoonful of milk for the top wash
Directions mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
Heat milk and softened butter, beat one egg lightly. Mix with the ingredients bit by bit and slowly and make a rough dough. As I dislike kneading so much so I mix everything and knead lightly and left it covered with a damp towel for about 1.5 hours and divided into 16 small portion. Please be reminded that I'm making a soft dough here.
Roll dough and gently stretch into long strips and wrap it around your sausages. Remember to pre-heat your oven for 10 minutes before baking. Let the wrap dough rest for another 10-15 minutes before baking at 175ºC for 20-25 minutes. Please make sure you understand your oven well or else you bun might get burn.
Another idea untuk kelas agama kelak yabedabeduoiiiiiiiii!
