Golden Pillow Kolibuwuk

Semalam siap buat brownies gan bantal busyuk nih...hihihiihihih ...mula-mula termangu-mangu juga nak masak apa ya. We had late lunch of nasi lemak cos the kids was back late from school. Too many activities yelah dah teen both so mcm2 lah bola penampar, netball, bola keranjang, rock climbing...mcm2 lerr penat mak dengar...

Brownies nanti mak update ... mak update nih dulu sebab yang ini ada tutorial lah kunun... hahahahahah inti tu ikut sukahati you all lah kan kari ayam ke? kari daging ke? sambal tumis kah? Apa-apa pun boleh...janji ikut sukahati...

Recipe doughnya mudah sahaja...

Bread Dough
Sukatan my cawan kopi yang comel...

1~1/2 cup tepung gandum biasa
1~1/2 cup atta flour (chapatti flour reason I'm running out of flour LOL)
1/2 cup olive oil or vege oil ( I used both half-half)
1 tbsp dried yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tbsp of sugar
water accordingly....maybe 1 cup or lesser up to you... my dough was a bit soft and I like it that way...

After menguli lebih kurang, let it rest for 30-45 minutes it will double the size!

Jangan lupa lenserkan loyang atau bekasnya sebelom masukan ke dalam oven supaya mudah untuk keluarkan rotinya...
