Chicken Black Sauce Soup


My favorite dish. Home brewed chicken soup will definitely brightened my day. With lots of shiitake mushrooms, garlics and ginger brewed it for about an hour or more...till the soup thickened and the chicken softened....

Fuyooooo....terangkat kening menghirup sruppp....srupppp...berpeloh...beb

If you love black sauce this will be the right dish...I understand that some may not like it. Since young I've been eating rice with black sauce... without it... life would be meaningless hahahahahhahaha

Memang dah ketagih kicap sebenarnya...tanpa kicap hidupku tidak sempurna...sehingga waktu nak bertunang dulu arwah mak ada pesan dengan suami...jangan lupa kicap sedozen! Tak payah bawakan dia macam2 kek ke cokelat buang karen jerr....kicap jer nanti dia happy hahahhahaha....

Oklah ya buat sesiapa yang berminat dengan lauk ini...inilah ramuannya..harap maklum sukatan saya memang sedikit sebab kami 4 beranak jerr...

Bahan-bahannya
5 shiitake mushroom soak and slice
4 pieces chicken wing cut into two
6 garlics chopped
1 inch ginger sliced
1 tbspn black thick sweet sauce
1 teaspoon light salty sauce (soyabean sauce)
pepper and parsley

Seperti biasa Mak tidak menumis kerana jimat minyak...hahahahha taklah ayam nanti keluar minyak...so Mak lebur jerr dalam periok semuanya dengan sukahati...

Perlu di ingatkan soup ini agak pedas dan pijar kerana mengandungi banyak garlics dan ginger serta pepper....Selamat mencoba...
