Bread Mushroom Frittata


Lately mak suka banget buat egg frittata nih tau. Kerana ianya mudah and one dish meal. Seperti biasa sayang roti-roti yang 'terbiar' dari membazir mak buatlah egg frittata with bread and mushroom nih.

Anak-anak mak nih asal ada egg, cheese,sausages mushroom semua jalan... so senang kerja mak nih... lagipun Babah dia kerja selalu hanya kami tiga beranak sahaja.

Mudahjer campak-campak juga lah...

I french loaf shredded
4 eggs
1cup milk
4 tbsp butter
1tbsp cinnamon powder
4 sausages sliced
6 shiitake mushroom sliced
1 big tomato sliced
salt and pepper

Mixed everything and bake at 200°C at 20-25 minutes and meal is ready.
