Tidak sangka my nieces and nephews serta my kids lovin it! Even one of my elder nephew ask for the resipi... terharu Mak suka sangat dia...
Resipi ini Mak olah sedikit kerana tiada pasar untuk membeli mutton atau beef...Mak gantikan dengan Ayam lah dan ada beberapa bahan yang Mak menokok tambah...
Ingredients
4 cups of Bhasmati
3 cups of Cherry Tomatoes
4 tbsp of Leggo's pasta sauce
2 tbsp of fresh chilli paste
1/2 olive oil
2 debone chicken thighs cut into small pieces
6 shallots sliced thinly
4 garlic sliced thinly
1/2 inch ginger sliced
2 knorr chicken cubes
6 slices of cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen corn kernels
2 tbsp of butter
Chopped Parsley
salt and pepper
Directions
Wash bhasmati rice and let it soak in water for about half and hour.
3 cups ripe cherry tomatoes, cut in halves and let it shimmer in 1/2 a cup of olive oil for few minutes. Continue bruising cherry tomatoes with pasta sauce and fresh chilli paste for another 10 minutes. Add sliced shallots, garlics, ginger, then add a cup of water, chicken stock and chicken. Let it cook for another 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine all the cook ingredients and mixed it well with the uncooked rice to the cooker. Adjust the water amount accordingly for the rice and let it cook. Once the rice is cooked, add corn kernels and shredded cheese, mix and fold cheese well with the rice before serving.
