Tauhu Pecal


Orang jawa seperti kami nih tauhu gan tempe makan harian pun orait jerr... cermat dan bermutu juga. Now anak dara pun kalau nampak Tauhu nih suka banget. Resipi di atas ini hanya goreng tauhu bersama tepung beras, telur dan sedikit sebuk kunyit. Pecal tu kakak den beli instant... ermmm enak sangat rasanya seperti rencah ayam percik.

Hubby dah pesan Mak supaya kurangkan makanan gorengan untuk anak-anaknya... baiklah Mak buat pun in small portion. Lepas tu Mak ajak berdua tu pergi main kite dan lari-lari itik kat garden nih hah.


Cantikan park nih kat bakang rumah Mak jerr... lari-lari berpeloh anak beranak. Si abang kejar si adek... adek kejar abang... si mak kejar dua ekor tu suwuh balik hari dah petang...hahahahahha kejar mengejar pun best juga sesekali.... lenkali nak jugalah bawak radio cam bangla boleh nyanyi-nyanyi lagu hindustan sambil pegang dan semunyik di balik pokok bunga...


Been feeling worrisome lately, planning to take some actions to stop inquisitive eaters kat rumah nih!... Lately My kids have been eating abnormally a lot, keep requesting and savouring more devilish food with passion! ...and Soon, they're both reaching puberty...

All my worries begins to erode... and when I ... ermmm.... actually these issues has been haunting me eversince.

Apabila Mak balik bertugas Mak selalu terpikir budak-budak menengah sekarang nih badan deporang nih besar-besar gajah. Apabila Mak ke kantin sekolah Mak jengok-jengok food intake deporang nih semua...  Ya Rabbit! Adakah anak-anak kita akan mengalami nasib serupa dengan anak-anak di barat kelak?!

... and that's how it all started....



Di tambah pula dengan tertengok documentary mengenai anak-anak yang obese di UK. Since both my teenage reaching puberty soon, I am so damn worried Occay. As, their food intake have been in abundance lately. It's every parent's nightmare dealing with obese child.

If we look around anywhere near us, out of 10 about 3 to 4 children are overweight. So what are we gonna do now?! The bottom line is parents play the vital roles in bringing up good healthy children. Parents themselves must restrict their food intake, be healthy and set good example before they could instill good values in children...

It's really a scary phenomena... and we have to fight it effectively!
