Two pieces of Boneless thigh (bigger version). Cheaper and simple way to tenderize meat is to poke the meat deeply all over with a fork. Sprinkle and season chicken fillet with black pepper, salt and little bit of turmeric powder.
Use nonstick pan grilled with a good tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
Ok yang ini sgt penting jika inginkan fillet itu benar-benar masak and well doned. Cover non stick pan for about 5 minutes and the meat juices starts flowing out. We need the meat juices to create the best sauce ever! And you'd be surprised how beautiful the meat turns out. Nice juicy yet tender.
Set the stove to a low heat. Scoop the meat out leaving the juices in the pan still. Add chopped garlic sauteed for a while, add 1/3 cup of skim milk, 1 tbsp of butter, a teaspoon of mustard alternatively you may use 1 tbsp of mayo instead, salt and pepper...stir-fry till it slightly brownish and add a few drops of lemon juice.
Let it shimmer and slightly thickened and pour over chicken fillet. Leave a little bit of sauce and sauteed the rest vegetables on medium heat. Voila done!
