Roasted Chicken

Anak bujang Mak Peah nih kan Antu chicken...bila semalam Mak Peah roasted this whole chicken...he ate almost 3/4 of it...Phewww dahsyat Umie gan Babah serta adek terpaksa mengalah...He love it so much so that we enjoyed watching him walloped the whole chicken! LOL

Actually he's been asking for Turkey... but we can't afford to finish it all, let alone keep it in a fridge. It's too big in size and frankly I do not know how to cook it.

Cutting whole chicken into halves
(for fast and easy to cook)
2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp chili paste
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
2 tbsp black pepper sauce (singlong)
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil

Marinate chicken overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 175ÂșC for about 25-35 minutes. Keep applying olive oil and the sauce on chicken every 5 minutes.

You can easily make grilled potato and tomatoes with just margarine, salt and pepper will do...
