Wonton Ayam
Selalunya Mak buat Wonton Udang...anak-anak mak lebih suka wonton udang. Kerana takde stock udang dalam esbok...makanya mak pakai chicken breast meat jerr...simple jer Maknya wonton.
Mak gunakan breast meat so senangn nak cincang pakai pisau besar jerr...
Resipinya
2 chicken fillet (breast meat)
sengkuang china di cincang (optinal)
lada sula lada hitam serbuk
garam
daun soup
sedikit cornstarch (optional)
Letak sesudu kecil isi kedalam kulit wonton, sapukan air di keliling kulit wonton itu dan ponjotkan sahaja..lalu goreng atu di buat soup...Mak buat keduanya sekali...so takdelah anak Mak nak gaduh-gaduh...memang mereka suka both pun...
