Lemon Butter Cat Fish

As usual delayed entry. Today, I am so into Twittering. It's absolutely. completely fun to play with and get connected with bunch of good buddies. Life's too short to make trouble out of small things.

Ingredients
2 fillet of Cat fish
3 spoonful of butter
6 shiitake mushroom, sliced
1 big onion sliced
2 garlic minced
1 cube Knorr chicken broth
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup of skim milk
8-10 cherry tomatoes
sliced carrots
salt and pepper to taste
parsley

Directions
Wash fillet and dry with paper towel. Melt butter, onion, garlic and shiitake mushroom in a large non-stick pan. Stirring occasionally for at least few minutes. Add Chicken broth, skim milk and sliced tomatoes, add salt and pepper. Add Catfish and shimmer for about 8-10 minutes and add lemon juices. Garnish with lemon and parsley. Serving for 4.
