Spicy Chicken Bread Crumbs

  • 5 chicken wing cut into two parts
  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 garlics chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 4 tablespoon bread crumbs
Whisked egg and mix it all together. Let it sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Once done dip it in normal bread crumbs and deep fry.
